Scope of Services: iMatehost Solutions Limited provides a variety of IT-related services, including but not limited to IT Consultancy, Website Design, Website Hosting, Website Maintenance, Domain Registration, and Email Hosting. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the proposal or statement of work.

Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered will be based on the agreed-upon rate and payment schedule outlined in the proposal or statement of work. Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. A deposit may be required before work begins, and any outstanding balances must be paid in full upon completion of the project.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, for any work completed by iMatehost Solutions Limited for the client, will remain the property of the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to iMatehost Solutions Limited do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Confidentiality: iMatehost Solutions Limited agrees to keep all client information confidential, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and any other information that is not generally known to the public. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Warranty: iMatehost Solutions Limited warrants that all services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If any errors or defects are found within thirty (30) days of completion of the work, iMatehost Solutions Limited will promptly correct the error or defect at no additional cost to the client.

Limitation of Liability: iMatehost Solutions Limited will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use of any services provided. In no event shall iMatehost Solutions Limited's total liability to the client exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay iMatehost Solutions Limited for all services performed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iMatehost Solutions Limited is located.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
